Well, I’m a little late number four after the holiday weekend, and having family in town. From the sermon on John, I am the way, the truth, and the life. I thought some icon design would be great for this one.

Lessons From the Upper Room 3
Number 3 from our Pastor’s sermon was from John 13: 31-38. Today was all about the glory of Christ, and when God is glorified, Christ is glorified. My key take away was a classic point, of loving one another as Christ loved us.
Lessons From The Upper Room #2
Number two from the Lessons From the Upper was entitled Judas The Betrayer. Something that stuck out to me during the sermon, and maybe it wasn’t something that I had thought of before, was that Judas’s heart was never sincere. Despite following Christ, witnessing miracles, walking with him, his heart was never in the game.
Lessons From the Upper Room #1
Since being quarantined, I started sketching the sermon notes, instead of only writing things down. I decided to make it a little personal project as well. This was first one I did from our pastor’s series Called Lesson’s From the Upper Room, John 13: 1-7. A key point from our Pastor was that God loves […]
Un-used concepts for sermon series on the Prodigal Son.
Here are some unused concepts for the Prodigal Son sermon series. A few of these I’m still pretty partial to, but I love the final published art as well. The mask at the end was stretch, and I think I knew that, but I was trying to illustrate his fall from wealth, and exposing his […]

Great New shop in Madison, GA
I’ve always been a huge fan of Madison, Ga. My wife and I have been there several times since moving to Georgia, and now one of my logos is just off the square. Thanks to Muzzy’s Gifts and More for the opportunity. I hope they’ve enjoyed a great time so far!
Office Christmas Display
So every year In Touch has a Christmas tree competition. Ours was a “Giving Tree” concept. It was an amazing and touching sight to see so many people donate and give gifts for people, remembering the true reason for the season, God’s greatest gift to us—Jesus Christ.
An Office Grinch!
This Grinch has been floating around our office for the past couple of days. I think he’s working on his Christmas card, right now. haha.
A Jeff-ism….
My coworker Jeff (http://jaggedsmile.wordpress.com) wanted to inspire me for Revelations book I just started. Now I can start designing!
Happy Boss’s Day
I was not informed that it was Boss’s until I saw all my directors stashing all the plastic trees in another director’s office. Why? you ask. Because when Hallmark doesn’t say Happy Boss’s Day, an office full of plastic plants will!!!!! : )
AIGA Conference 2013: Minneapolis
Just Got back from AIGA 2013 in Minneapolis. Three days of amazing design, and inspiration from some great speakers—of course there was a has-been or two, still milking their work from thirty-some years ago—but never-the-less, a great weekend. It’s weekends like these, laughing with your team that I feel people really grow in their field […]
Awesome Mercedes Commercial…
For anyone that grew up on a farm, or in the country, you probably knew that birds have the ability to stabilize their heads to an amazing degree during movement, and this cool Mercedes Benz commercial uses a chicken to tout their “intelligent drive” stability system. Fun stuff!
